Your Account has been Suspended !!

Opps! Server down again!! My blog hosting service has been down since Tuesday night (3 nights). Error with ” This account has been suspend“. This is the 3rd time after I upgrade my web hosting package. Too bad!
The website and server monitoring tool really works. It informed me but I didn’t take any action. I thought it just normal server restart. After an hour, my blog still have not up. I contacted service provider via email, MSN, and SMS. They replied me via email but I’ve slept.
Your Account has been Suspended
I thought it was due to the service provider didn’t pay their bills. The error shows below.

After sent out email to support team, they replied my email below:
Unfortunately our technical team had to suspend your accounts (account ‘ahtim’) on RS11 Server for excessive server resource usage. This account appears to be resource-intensive by its nature (too many simultaneous load sources at once, including SEO stats collectors, high visitor rates etc.), so it hardly can be unsuspended at all.
Your website creating huge load during business time. Our technical team have to suspend your account. If not, the rest website will become victim
So, is it a good news (I’ve got huge traffics!!) or bad news for me? Finally, my blog up again this morning about 9am! Total downtime for 3 nights is more than 50 hours!! Can you imagine how many traffics I’ve lost? Also, I’ve lost all my Adsense income these 2 days
Worst experience ever since I enter to the Blogsphere.
How Resolve Server Overload
I’m sure I didn’t add in any new plugin recently. So if the plugin having error, it should happen ealier. Now I really have no idea what cause the huge load. Unless there are too many visitors during that time. If the service provider sold me 50GB bandwidth without can support my huge traffic load, then why selling that package?? Anyone know how to resolve this server overload issue? Please help me by give your comments.
Anyway, the service provider ask me to deactivate all plugins. No choice, what to do? Now I’ve deactivated all plugins. Running my blog without plugins like handicap better than nothing. Hope they get back to me soon!!

You’re on shared hosting, right? Too bad most of web hosting also their own CPU resource limit depend on which company. My site been down several times last time when the traffic high for that particular month. Not really much choice, normally web hosting company will suggest to upgrade to other type of hosting other than shared hosting, lol which for me, it’s impossible to pay for the yearly fees. Good luck!

For this case, is not the matter of bandwidth, you still allow to use up to 50G bandwidth if your website did not excessive server resource usage.
I encounter the same issue, within few hour, there are thousand hit at my website, and the my web hosting provider suspend me.

@kahpeng: Yes, Im on shared hosting. Me too hope to have VPS or dedicated server but too expensive.
@iCalvyn: Understood the real situation after get logfile from technical support.
@Greentac: 000webhost is only a temporary backup server.
@Raymond: I hope so. But just subscribe this one just for 2 months plus. What a waste to move webhost now. Will monitor the service and see.
