13. Google Pagerank of full URL and Domain (source: Google)

Huh, that is very long list. This powerful tool let you see page strength of any websites at a glance. I’ve did an quick access on AhTim.com and you guess what? My blog got page strength 2 out of 10! This means my blog is performing well so far, at least I am satisfied with it. How about yours?

There are some criteria that I would like to highlight and share with you all:

Alexa Rank - I’ve got my new Alexa ranking! Based on my previous post about how to increase your RSS readers, AhTim.com stay at 529,225 on last week. In just 7 days, I’ve jump from 529,225 to 438,678 which mean I’ve jump ahead 90,547 websites or blogs at one shot. Some more, I’ve got new Alexa rank in Malaysia as 4,891!

Listing in DMOZ - This criteria shows me zero “0″ ! Actually I’ve submitted AhTim.com into the directory when I setup my blog. That is about 7 weeks ago but until now I haven’t get listed in the directory. So I resubmit my application on yesterday. Hopefully will get listed soon so that all majors search engine are able to search me :)

Google PageRank - I’ve got my first ever pagerank PR2! This is quite a big surprise for me. Before this, I’ve tried to use a pagerank prediction tool to check my potential pagerank. Unfortunately it show “not enough backlinks” from google. I know this might related to I haven’t listed in DMOZ, but I’ve no choice I can’t do anything except continue blogging. A lot of pro bloggers drop their PR since the last google pagerank update, but it’s no the same case for me :) I am very happy with my first ever PR2 and promise to bring you more valuable content on tech, blogging and make money online!

Grats on the PR jump. My blog was just too new. One of my others went from unlisted to PR 3.

I’d have to agree with Tim, if you want to get noticed get out of the blogger and into your own domain. It’ll help you a lot more trust me.

iWebTools is a great set of tools for predicting your PR and your blogs strength.

I find it’s always beneficial to use several different sites for metrics as they all have their strengths and weaknesses. Two other sites that people use are compete.com and dnscoop.com

@iphone: Thanks for the suggestion :)
