Vacation to Genting Highlands @ July 2008

Time flies too fast. It was 4 months ago since my last vacation to Cameron Highlands. Next week, I’m going to take a short break at Genting Highland to start second half of the year.
This is not the first time I been there. Sometime, we holiday there twice a year. That’s because it is not expensive, fun and not far from my home town. We like the weather, games, meals, and holiday environment there.
This time I’m going to drive until foot of mountain. Then take cable car to Genting Highland. Initially I thought to stay at Awana, the most cozy hotel at Genting. But it was fully booked. I wonder why so many people visit Genting during that period? No school holiday, not public holiday, not weekend, no special event, then why? I’ll find out the answer during my visit.
After call up few hotels, only Theme Park Hotel can suit my holiday. I’ve purchased Free & Easy package that include one night stay, breakfast for two, buffet meals for two, cable car tickets, and discounted ticket price at outdoor theme park. It is worth the price. I got 10% discount to book online! 
Genting Trip Schedule Plan
Basically I’ve no special plan on Genting trip this time. Because we only got 4 person in one car. My theme of the trip is have fun, relax and rest. Hope do not rush for time. My basic plans are:
Monday
- Depart at 7.15am (Quite early huh?)
- Have fun at theme park
- Enjoy delicious buffet dinner
- Enjoy a cup of Coffee at StartBucks
Tuesday
- Pay visit to Pavilion KL (Should visit Apple Store)
- Go back home.
