Many bloggers claim that they are problogger. I am curious on what problogger means? I search for the word “problogger” in wikipedia but have no answer. Does it mean someone earn a lot of money and traffics from web log? Or someone have a lot of RSS readers?
I don’t think so. Why? Let’s analyze this question from the aspects below:

This might be the most concerning part by most bloggers. Many bloggers thought that more money they earn from blog, more professions they have in blogging. That’s the reason why many bloggers use this aspect to compare or criticize one another by using their monthly earnings.

How about bloggers that blog with their profession in certain niche without putting ads? Can we call them ProBloggers? Sure! Spammers might earn a lot of money from their websites, but does it mean they are professional blogger? No! Hence money is not a factor to become ProBlogger.
Traffics

His blog traffics inferior to everybody here and none of us have interest to read his blog. Does it means he is not a professional blogger? No. Who knows his blog has high authority in the niche of car maintenance?
RSS Subscribers
Same thing above applied in this aspect. If someone does not have RSS subscribers, does it means they are not professional blogger? Definitely RSS subscriber quantity should not be a qualification to determine a professional blogger.
