How long since your last defragmentation on your harddisk? 6 months or 1 year? I believe most of us do not defrag our hard disk so frequent due to slow defrag process!

As we know, by defragmenting a harddisk it put our files closer together. Defragmented harddisk reduces the amount of movement required by the drive’s mechanical parts and yet improves your computer performance. Technically, it also should make your harddisk last longer!
