New Apple MacBook 2009

Apple MacBook is my dream laptop. Supposed to get a MacBook for myself last month but haven’t do so due to budget constrain. Fortunately I didn’t get it earlier because Apple just redesign and release the new MacBook 2009 yesterday.
Too excited to go through new MacBook features. So glad it has become better with same old price.
Why MacBook 2009 Better?
Basically MacBook 2009 has total upgrade. The upgrade from inner part: processor speed, hard drive capacity to exterior part: cover, screen, trackpad and battery. I’m sure you can’t resist the redesign whether you’re MacBook lover or not.
The six main upgrades are as below:
- Processor: 2.26 Intel Core2Duo, it just got faster
- Hard Drive: Now at 250GB capacity (old MacBook comes with 160GB only). More rooms for your video and photo.
- Unibody – Thinner, lighter and slimmer. It features a new seamless, more durable unibody enclosure just like MacBook Pro in polycarbonate version.
- LED-backlit screen – Upgraded from LCD screen to LED backlighting glossy widescreen for more spectacular viewing experience.
- Spacious glass Multi-touch trackpad – No more button on trackpad. The whole Multi-touch trackpad is a button!
- 7 hours Battery – Now it last longer with new battery. (Old battery is 5 hours)
Further, the MacBook got rounder and cuter due to its unibody. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the specifications, design and features. How about you? Find more technical specifications here.
My Two Cents
Since Apple has already reduce its price early this year. Don’t think the price can go down more. I believe this is the best price, or else wait for Christmas / year-end promotion.
For me, I think this is perfect model for MacBook first time user. Just can’t wait to get one for myself soon. Do you think I should the new MacBook? Or get a cheaper laptop with same specification and save some money?

This is really a nice post with have a good modal.Every 5-6 months MacBooks get speed bumped with improvements in CPU, RAM, graphics, hard drive specs while keeping the same external appearance and price points.Thanks.

i can’t find any price list of apple so can anybody tell me the price of a black mac book and the black mac book pro and where to buy.

They will have a similar deal, maybe with a free ipod touch and it will start sometime in the summer, near but b4 college starts u can also get a student discount on the laptop i believe and the itouch and printer.

I had a very similar situation and I so glad that I waited a bit longer with the purchase. New version is so much better, especially the battery time and screen backlighting features are spectacular! MacBook is definitely the best notebook you can buy for that price.

thank you for the article! I’ve been meaning to buy a new macbook. I see some useful upgrades were introduced. I think it looks nice.
