Malaysia Boleh?! A Malaysia payment company MOL Global has purchased the famous social networking site Friendster, at around $100 Million USD.
Nobody heard about MOL before? Then I’m sure you know Berjaya Corporation Berhad, a diversified group of companies. The CEO is also the principle shareholder of MOL.
Malaysia into Internet Business?
I believe most of us here has a Friendster account before Facebook. Can’t believe Malaysia start entering into such huge Internet business.
The company will maintain offices in various locations, around the world, including Mountain View, CA (USA), the Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore. Don’t know friendster got vacancy and want to employ me not?
By the way, do you noticed friendster has changed the website interface? I think it got to do with the recent merged.
