I mentioned manual way to provide ads on my twitter account after the Twitter interface re-design. Twittad is now providing Twitter ads marketplace on the same concept.

TwittAd, How it Works?

Register and activate your TwittAd account. Setup your Sell Request. There are 3 options: Ad serving period, price and activation date. You’re allow to set 7 days, 15 days, 1 month or 3 months in Ad serving period. Most people sell at 1 month ads period.

Of course advertiser will look at your followers number. The more you got, higher chance you will get advertiser. Once receive offer from advertiser, accept it and upload the ad to your Twitter profile.

Full TwittAd cycle as below:

• Post Twitter account for advertisers to purchase
• Select your duration & price
• Wait for advertiser to purchase
• Accept or Deny the proposed ad within 24 hours of purchase
• If you accept, upload ad to the design section on your Twitter account
• Notify TwittAd through your account maintenance page on TwittAd that the ad has been placed

Quality Control and Payment

Don’t ever try to cheat TwittAd. It will continually check to make sure that a Twitter user is serving the ad. You will get paid in “Virtual Money” every hour you serve the ad. Once the advertisers ad expires, the Virtual money is released into your Real Account balance.

You only can request for payment if your TwittAd account reaches at least $20. If you removes the image before the advertiser’s time has expired, TwittAd will alert the advertiser and you get negative feedback. Thus, the ads credit will return back to advertiser.

I’ve setup my TwittAd sell request. Hope someone buy my twitter profile ad soon. You must register as Advertiser before buy my ad.
