It is quite straight forward. Just download Videora and install on your computer. Videora is free to use without limitation.
After the installation, launch Videora and start convert your youtube video or flash video by clicking on Convert -> Video file. Browse to your source video, select your output directory as well as your iPod model then click on Start Converting.

Now you should have mp4 movie that converted successfully in the output folder. Add the movies into your iTunes library and sync to your iPod. It is so easy and fun! Now you can download tons of free movies and music videos from youtube and enjoy watching anytime, anywhere using your tiny yet comfortable iPod touch.
My two cents
I have compared few converters that available on internet. As a result, Videora is the one I think is worth to use because it is fast, free, and in full version. Further more, Videora can convert almost all popular video format such as mov, mpeg, divx, etc.

As for myself, I have loaded in my favourites classical music videos performed by YoYoMa, David Oistraich, John William, and many more. I can watch these free youtube music videos anytime, anywhere. ![]()
