Google to Offer Free National Wifi?

This is very good news for all. Google is working out solution to offer free national wifi!
This is really a fantastic idea.
According to the trusted news source, Google submitted a six-page letter to the FCC outlining processes and tests to avoid interference on the TV frequencies. This means TV might stop to use analog transmission very soon instead they will have to use wireless. Google also promised to reserve some frequencies not for wireless Internet and provide free tech support for people using their Wi-Fi. Seems like Google is moving ahead to expand its giant service.
Anyway, there are few question might occurs when this service is available. Would this free wifi connection be secure enough? Would it be fast enough for Internet heavy users? Will you use it if it is slow? For me, why not? Since it is Free!
I am not sure whether this free wifi service by Google will be available in my country. But I will for sure to try it out if it is available somewhere end of next year. If Google wifi works, then I who want to subscribe streamyx anymore?
