Google Page Rank Update, Again

Google update our website page rank again! Have you notice your latest page rank?
I was penalized by Google on January 2009, get back my PR 3 after few weeks. And now, after Google PR update I got PR2! *sigh* From PR3 -> PR0 -> PR3 -> PR2. Instead of improving, it become worst.
Why? I’m curious why Google drop my PR from PR3 to PR2? I didn’t sell text link ads anymore. Who can tell me? Hope to find out root cause and fine tune it before next PR update middle of the year.
PS: What is your latest PR? Check your page rank here.

I have been running my website for 6 months. My PR increased twice, the first update it raise to PR2… then this time it go up to PR3… I am quite happy with the improvement. I think there is still a long way to go to reach PR4.

perhaps it is the layout.
I started 2 blogs for both of my friends, and they both has PR4 after 2 months of blogging, as for my own personal blog at misterhobbes.net, i was rewarded with PR5.
Perhaps the layout got to be professional looking? as oppose to spammy layout?

There are might be many reasons for which google can drops your PR, let’s check it out.
1. Your website link should not come from a porno content website.
2. Your website link should not come from spam blog or forms “at the time of website submission we forget to check the blog or form is blacklisted or not”
3. Your website must contain unique and fresh content for spiders.
4. You must have returning visitors to increase your website popularity
5. If a spam or blacklisted domain give your reference to search engine you will definitely penalized by google.
If you are penalized by google you must check the above points manually and think twice before submitting your website to any forms or blogs or reciprocal link exchange program
