How it works? The company has come out new business model. User will require to watch a video advertisement, between 15 and 18 seconds in length, from that advertiser. Once the ad is completed, they’ll be free to download the MP3.
Of course the company will integrate its website or download page to sell multiple ads and perhaps earn enough money to cover the license fee for each song.
My Two Cents
We have been waiting for this since years ago. Hope this project a success and benefit all music lover. The best part of the offer is “NO COPY RESTRICTIONS” which mean you can copy to anyone or any device, and it is still legitimate! 
It is still under development but you can head to the website and pre-register. It now open to US residents only, hope it will open for International users soon.
