I wish to buy a Nintendo Wii and play Super Mario game series at home. But it still quite expensive for me. Better keep the money for more valuable gadget.

Instead, I have install Super Mario game on iPod touch. You may install and play on your iPhone too!

How to Install Super Mario Game ?

1. To play Super Mario game on iPod or iPhone, you must first get SNES emulator installed. Of course, hack your iPod touch or iPhone first. Get the SNES emulator from Installer.app under Games Emulator category. Restart your iPod or iPhone.

2. After the installation, means you can run any SNES game in your iPod or iPhone itself. Pretty cool huh? Now, its time to download the Super Mario SNES ROMs (~3MB).

3. After download SNES ROM, transfer the file wirelessly to iPod or iPhone. Put in /var/mobile/Media/SNES/ROMs folder. Create the folder name accordingly (case sensitive) if not exist. That’s all, Done! (more…)

We all are so excited to wait for the release of VLC Media Player for iPod touch and iPhone. It still not release the final version yet, but already available for paid BETA tester.

As you know, a lack of iPod touch is it very rely on sync from iTunes. The sync process waste a lot of times in format conversion and synchronization. I hope with VLC Media Player development, it give us the freedom of mobile movie entertainment!

Why use VLC4iPhone ?

The original software name vlc4iphone was developed by Zottd, a cool developer. The software has been changed to ZodPlay and changed back to vlc4iphone recently, to avoid confusion, says Zottd.

Although the name VLC4iPhone, it is compatible with iPod touch too. It is now supported video formats: XviD, H264, MPEG4, FLAC, 3GP, MP3, MPEG2, AVI, etc. There will be more formats coming in, hopefully RMVB one day. (more…)

Sometime when we feel boring or no challenge, we need some interesting game to play with. What type of game do you like? I like game which not just a game, eg: Gwap. Have you try it out?

The online game is not available during offline. So, I have discovered another challenging offline. I would say it is the hardest game on iPod touch or iPhone. I suggest you to try it out if you have iPod or iPhone.

During my college time, ICQ was the most famous messenger chat service. Over time, people are switching to MSN messenger. I think the main cause is its fun and animate features that other IM don’t have.

I have a long list of friends, family members and ex-colleagues in my MSN messenger list. We are all benefit from MSN’s mobile buddy list. I remember this idea was first implemented in ICQ years ago. The centralize buddy list on its server make our text communication with friends easier and more mobile.

I want MSN messenger chat in even more mobile form. I do not need a computer, but just an iPod touch. Yesterday, I found a Mobile Chat software by BigBoss.org in Installer.app list. Tap it to install then restart.

In Mobile Chat, add a new account for your messenger service (Currently have 5 service, they are: AOL, .mac, XMPP, MSN and ICQ). Put in your username and password to login. (more…)
