5 Must DOs Before Publish Post

If you are a blogger, I am sure you agreed “Content is King”. If content is King, who is the Queen? 
There must be always a King and a Queen in a country, so do a blog.
I would say these 5 must DOs tasks is the queen second to content. Without the queen, our article would not be able to unleash its power. Or you might say it is incomplete. So what is these 5 must DOs ?
5 Must DOs Before Publish A Post
Suitable Tags- Suitable tags is an important task to complete before publish your post. Tag suggestion tool or the latest wordpress 2.5 can help you to accomplish this task without hassle. You might also want to use 3 keywords from your article’s important point as the tags. This is basic step to optimize your blog’s SEO.
Categories- Choose the most matching category instead of simple choose one. Readers will be easier to browse for the information they need and your blog looks neat and tidy.
Trackbacks- Trackback to those famous blog in same article will help to boost your traffics.
Insert More Tag- Don’t show whole article content at your landing page. Insert “more” tag in your content before publish. I suggest to insert the “More” tag some where near one mouse scroll length position. This make your landing page looks tidier and more professional.
Inner Links- Search for the keywords within your blog to look for suitable inner links to related post. These links help to increase page views.
My two cents
It’s not easy to write a good article. Also its not easy to complete these tasks before publish post. According to my experience, some time it took me up to 10 minutes or more just to complete the Queen tasks. Because I do not want to waste my writing due to lack of these must DOs tasks.

Trackbacks are often overlooked while submitting a new post. Write good articles that have a variety of keywords. While reading it, you shouldn’t be able to tell that you stuffed it with keywords though. Also the title of your post can determine if people find it through a search or not.
