Fun with Personas

Personas for Firefox is an extension that adds lightweight theming to your firefox web browser. With this add on, you can swap your favourite browser themes instantly from the dynamic menu, without restart you firefox.

Personas is still in beta and it does not need to download, install or update for new theme release. The reason behind is Personas selector is dynamically loaded and populated from a JSON feed and all designs are loaded via URLs to remote resources. This mean all latest themes name are loaded automatically into your menu, and only download automatically when you acquire it!

How to use Personas?

Install Personas extension and do a restart for your firefox. You will see a Personas icon on your firefox status bar as below. Click on the Personas button and select your desire theme

Top 10 list for Web search terms for 2007

Do you know that few giant search engine company such as Google, Ask.com and Yahoo has released their top 10 hottest keywords 2007 that use in their search engine on last few weeks?

Here is the list of 10 hottest keywords that I’ve collected from these 3 giant search engine leaders:

From the list above, you noticed that iPhone is the hottest device for this year. Under Yahoo list, this is the top 10 most search keywords in Tech category. And for Ask.com, do you noticed that the keyword “Google” is on 3rd place? The question is why people search for the word “Google” in Ask.com? This is an interesting thing for us to find out

As a blogger, we tried very hard and spend most of the time to write valuable content as well as increase traffic techniques. To detect the error, you need 404 Notifier plugin. When 404 error occurs on your blog, it trigger your email automatically with the broken urls and traffic source. With these information, it help you to catch and debug errors.

1. Download the 404 Notifier plugin

2. Upload the 404-notifier.php file to your wp-content/plugins directory (not in subfolder).

3. Activate 404 notifier plugin in your Plugin control panel

Holiday Season

Time flies, what have you achieve throughout this year 2007? I think it’s time for all of us to review what we have done and achieve as well as plan new target for next year. In last month of the year, holiday season is surrounding us. What is your plan in holiday season this year?

As you all know, I just came back from Shanghai vacation early this month. If I’ve chance, I will plan to go Europe country. Below is places that I wish to visit for the Europe trip

1. Spain

• Visit the Alhambra in Granada - The complex is very large, it occupies large portion of the city centre, so might take whole day to explore it.
• Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao - The building itself is an extraordinary combination of interconnecting shapes. Also known as the huge copper fish on Barcelona beach. (Night stay at hoteles en españa)

2. Barcelona

• Museu Picasso - Barcelona’s most visited museum. It shows numerous works by the artist’s early years and is especially strong on his Blue Period, as well as ceramics and early works from the 1890s.
• L’Aquàrium - I like undersea world. This ultra-modern aquarium is one of Europe’s biggest and has the world’s best collection of Mediterranean marine life. Highlights include an 80m-long shark tunnel, lots of touch-and-feel activities and a three-level interactive centre featuring everything from piranhas to penguins.
